I think you'll love The Ear Pick as much as I do, but if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, just contact us by phone or email within 30 days* of receipt and we will assist you with a return/exchange
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately you are no longer eligible for a refund or exchange.
THE FOLLOWING ITEMS/SITUATIONS ARE NOT VALID FOR RETURN AND CANNOT BE RETURNED TO OUR WAREHOUSE:
- Change of mind
- Item/s that have been used/worn/altered
- Item/s that have been with the customer for more than 30 days
- Item/s that have been damaged due to improper use
- Item/s that are correct but not working due to not compatible with your phone (kindly check each product page on android/ios compatibility)
To complete your return, we require that you have received instructions from our customer service team regarding the return.
Damaged / Not as Described / Missing Feature
If the item you received is damaged you have 7 days upon delivery to claim a refund or replacement.
Photo proof will be required for cosmetic or externally damaged items before receiving a refund or replacement.
Video proof will be required for internal, hardware or system issues such as not charging, not connection to phone and other similar issues before receiving a refund or replacement.
If you are unable to provide a photo/video showing the damage then you will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Damaged items due to improper use will not be valid for a refund/exchange
Returns
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
All returns must be by the advise
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
